Often we find a need to identify colours on the screen. There are lots of utilities and fancy tools out there, even web based ones, but I tend to use GIMP as I have it installed already. It's a general purpose image editing tool along the lines of Adobe Photoshop, plus it's open source, so head over and get it now.
Just take a screenshot of the image with the Snipping Tool, fire up GIMP, and Edit > Paste.
Then head over to the Color Picker tool. Tick the Use Info Window option at the bottom. The option is also toggled when the Shift button is held.
Finally, click on the colour in the image. A nice pop up appears. You can choose to display the colour information as pixel colours, RGB, HSV, or CMYK (Hex is under RGB).
That was easy!
