I must have been really lucky to stumble upon this gem. The Very Organized Thief puts you in the shoes of a thief tasked with "borrowing" some items from a residential house. In fact, you've even made a checklist.
TVOT is played from the first person perspective, and you have to quickly traverse the house to collect the items. What makes this game stand out is the way its atmosphere really makes you tense (remember to uncheck the windowed mode if it was selected during the start of the game) and the interesting turn of events towards the middle of the game. Plus the cutesy and neat graphics. To say any more would definitely spoil the experience.
This game is so exciting, I've even included a screenshot. There's some level of replayability as the level is generated differently each playthrough. Now, the real challenge - can you beat the game within the first few tries? Download or play in your browser (Unity Web Player) here.
(It took me six tries. Awww... not a Very Organized Thief, am I?)
